개인정보 처리방침

1. 요약

PadBrain 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 계정·로그인·광고·분석 도구가 없고, 앱은 인터넷에 연결하지 않으며, 사용자의 데이터를 개발자나 다른 누구의 서버로도 보내지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 것

• 셋리스트, 킷, 설정, 사용자가 넣은 오디오 파일은 사용자의 기기(앱의 문서 폴더)에 저장됩니다. 이 폴더는 ‘파일’ 앱·Finder에서 볼 수 있고, 사용자가 켠 iCloud 백업이나 컴퓨터 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다.
• 사용자가 연결한 iCloud Drive·Dropbox 폴더는 사용자가 고른 폴더를 앱이 읽고 씁니다. 그 저장과 동기화에는 해당 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
• 사용자가 공유 기능(AirDrop, 메신저, 메일 등)으로 쇼 파일이나 오디오를 보내면, 사용자가 고른 앱과 받는 사람에게 직접 전달됩니다. 개발자는 이 파일을 받거나 볼 수 없습니다.

3. 기기 기능과 인터넷

• 인터넷: 사용하지 않습니다.
• 마이크·카메라·위치·연락처·사진: 사용하지 않습니다. (반주의 빠르기·구간은 사용자가 넣은 파일을 기기 안에서 분석해 정합니다.)
• 백그라운드 오디오: 공연 중 화면이 잠겨도 반주와 클릭이 계속 나도록 씁니다.
• USB·블루투스 MIDI 기기와 페달의 신호는 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다.

4. 개발자가 받게 되는 정보 (앱 밖)

• 문의 이메일: 사용자가 메일을 보내면 이메일 주소, 이름(적은 경우), 메일 내용을 받습니다. 문의에 답하기 위해서만 쓰고, 마지막 연락 후 1년이 지나면 지웁니다. (EU·영국 사용자: 법적 근거는 문의에 답하려는 정당한 이익입니다.)
• Apple이 제공하는 정보: 사용자가 기기 설정에서 ‘앱 개발자와 공유’를 켠 경우, Apple이 개인을 식별하지 않는 형태의 충돌 보고서와 App Store 통계를 개발자에게 제공합니다. 이 처리는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
• 웹사이트: 이 사이트는 쿠키나 분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 호스팅 업체(Vercel)가 보안을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)을 남길 수 있으며, 그 처리는 호스팅 업체의 방침을 따릅니다.

5. 제3자 제공·처리위탁·국외 이전

없습니다. (문의 메일은 개발자가 쓰는 메일 서비스인 카카오메일에 보관됩니다.)

6. 어린이

연령과 관계없이 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 13세 미만 아동의 문의 메일임을 알게 되면 답변 후 바로 지웁니다.

7. 사용자의 권리

위 이메일로 개발자가 가진 본인 정보(문의 메일)의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 한국: 개인정보침해신고센터(국번 없이 118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr). EU·영국: 거주국 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 낼 수 있습니다.

8. 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다. 데이터를 기기 밖으로 보내는 기능(예: 실험 중인 AI 기능)을 넣는 경우, 무엇이 어디로(누구에게) 가는지 앱 안에서 먼저 보여 주고 사용자의 동의를 받기 전에는 아무것도 보내지 않으며, 그 전에 이 방침을 고칩니다.

Privacy Policy

1. In short

The PadBrain app collects no personal data. There is no account, no login, no ads and no analytics; the app does not connect to the internet and sends none of your data to the developer or anyone else.

2. What stays on your device

• Your sets, kits, settings and the audio you add are stored on your device, in the app’s Documents folder. It is visible in Files/Finder and may be included in iCloud or computer backups you have turned on.
• A folder you link in iCloud Drive or Dropbox is read and written by the app; storage and syncing are governed by that service’s privacy policy.
• When you send a show file or audio with the share sheet (AirDrop, a messenger, mail), it goes directly to the app and the people you choose. The developer never receives or sees it.

3. Device features and the internet

• Internet: not used.
• Microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos: not used. (Tempo and sections are worked out on your device from the files you add.)
• Background audio: so the backing track and click keep playing when the screen locks during a show.
• Signals from USB/Bluetooth MIDI devices and pedals are handled on the device only.

4. What the developer may receive (outside the app)

• Support email: if you write, we receive your email address, any name you give and your message, used only to reply and deleted 12 months after our last exchange. Legal basis (EU/UK): legitimate interests in answering you.
• From Apple: if you have chosen to share analytics with app developers, Apple provides de-identified crash reports and App Store statistics, under Apple’s privacy policy.
• Website: no cookies or analytics. Our host (Vercel) may log access data such as IP addresses for security, under its own policy.

5. Sharing, processors, international transfers

None. (Support email is kept in the developer's mail service, Kakao Mail.)

6. Children

The app collects no personal data from anyone, of any age. If we learn a support email came from a child under 13, we delete it after replying.

7. Your rights

Email us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you (your support emails) or to object to its use. EU/UK residents may complain to their data protection authority.

8. Changes

Changes are posted here with a new effective date. If a feature that sends data off the device (such as an experimental AI feature) is ever added, the app will show what goes where, and to whom, and will send nothing until you agree; this policy will be updated first.
